For all these peopleand for their families and friends Get What's Yours has proven to be an invaluable, and therefore indispensable, tool. This book is the third annual report of the American Law Institute (ALI) project on World Trade Organization Law.Bringing together leading international commentators, the book provides a careful, critical, and comparative analysis of the work of fathers' rights activists, the role law has played in their campaigning, their legal strategies, their success (or otherwise) in achieving legal reform, similarities and divergences with the women's movement, and the relationship between fathers' rights movements and the societies that frame them.Year by year, law seems to penetrate ever larger realms of social, political, and economic life, generating both praise and blame. While much focus is given to cases, disputes, controversial issues, there is no strict separation among sciences and disciplines, while there are many connections, to open the mind to different solutions and to understand that a phenomenon can be regulated and viewed according to several views and disciplines, all formally legitimate but with different results, and framed according to a scientific, political or legal approach, which sometimes need to be combined together. As such, this book will be of key interest to researchers, academics and lecturers in the fields of criminal law, pedagogy and teaching methods., This book provides the first considered discussion of the pedagogy that should inform the teaching of criminal law.As they try to extract more value from their holdings, some of which have been left dormant for years, many are looking beyond their own core products to partnerships with outside industries.
